1 pound of chicken - cubed
1 small bad of Carrots (at some stores they have carrot sticks, get those)
1 bag frozen
Broccoli1 Can of Chicken Broth
3 cloves of garlic, minced
Angel Hair pasta - cooked and drained
Parmesan Cheese
Take garlic, chicken and 1/4 cup of your broth put in heated pan. Cook until chicken is almost done. Add in carrots,
broccoli and rest of broth. Cook until carrots are semi-tender and
broccoli is heated. Serve over pasta ( I suggest in a bowl) Make sure to add a little bit of the broth to the pasta or it will taste very very bland. Sprinkle
Parmesan cheese over top. Yum!
