I wonder why companies now feel the need to overstep boundaries when reminding you of an upcoming bill. I mean one call, text, email or letter is fine.. Sometime you forget. But what about the other 500 email, texts, and call I get BEFORE my bill is even due? I really get annoyed with those, I know my bill is due. I know that it is coming up. Call me when I past the 5 day grace period. It makes me not want to do business with them.
