Am I really that old?????

This week was full of adventure. I have been helping my cute nephew gear up for prom! Can he really be a junior??? Can he really be going to prom??? A few weeks ago I took him to get fitted for a tux and got his flowers ordered. Friday I took the day off to go out to Stockton to help him get ready. They went to breakfast, laser tagging and mid afternoon he came home to get ready. I was able to take a few pictures of him and his group. We also got him a limo.

I ended up staying out there to wait for him to get home. I showed up at the end of the evening to have him to tell me to go ahead and go home and that they were going out for ice cream. Not even a mile down the road I get a call saying to come back. His friend who was driving lost his keys!!!! I saw the limo pull in to a gas station and luckily caught him. We search high and low, but we didn't find the keys. The dad of this kid had to bring us an extra key but we had to wait 30 minutes for him to arrive. By then the ice cream place was closed so I took Chad home.

By the time I got home on Sat. morning it was after 3. I am tooooooo old for this! Regardless Chad and his date had an awesome time. He didn't want to go a few weeks ago but today he says he would do it all over again if he had the chance. I am glad he had fun....
